Radio Personality BENDER -- Master of Ceremonies

Bender’s been dubbed the Voice of the Northwest! As host of the 106.1 KISS-FM morning show for nearly 18 years (wrapping up in October), he’d become a media staple in the Pacific Northwest!  Bender is also responsible for the nation’s preeminent Radiothon for Children's Miracle Network and Seattle Children's Hospital.  In 17 years, Bender and his audience have raised over $15.8 million dollars!

Bender spends much of his time volunteering and hosting events for various charitable Puget Sound organizations: Seattle Children's Hospital, Special Olympics Washington, Richard Sherman's Blanket Coverage, Seattle Humane, ALS, United Way, Marcus Trufant's The Trufant Family Foundation, American Cancer Society, the Washington State Patrol and many others!

In 2014, Bender was named Person of the Year by Children’s Miracle Network!

When he’s not working, Bender focuses his passions on photography. You can see some of his work at WhatAGreatPicture.com (where he also sells pictures to benefit Seattle Children’s).

Bender resides in the Covington/Kent area (NEIGHBORHOOD!) with his wife Rachel, daughter Bailey and dogs, Boomer and Cooper. His son, Jordan, is a freshman at Central Washington University.

Reach out to Bender across any of his social media pages!  Twitter, FB or Instagram @TheBenderNation
