Dani is a passionate speaker, advocate, fundraiser, and Mom.
Only 7 weeks after the birth of James and Dani’s second child Parker, they discovered big sister Emmy (2 years old) had High-Risk Neuroblastoma, leaving her with only a 50% chance of surviving.
After beating Emmy’s cancer, Dani gained a deep desire to improve the lives of children and their families both locally and globally. Dani and Emmy love to share their story to raise funds for the Uncompensated Care Fund as Seattle Children’s Patient Advocates. She also works for World Vision where she leads a team of fundraisers who are working to empower children to overcome poverty in over 100 countries.
When she is not fundraising, you will likely find Dani cheering for her son Parker from the baseball sidelines, building props or sewing costumes for Emmy’s upcoming musical, or enjoying a glass of cabernet with her closest friends and family.
